I’m Claire, the florist and creative behind Oftenkind Floral. My love of florals began early — I grew up in a home that believed in the power of fresh flowers to celebrate joy, mark milestones, and bring beauty to everyday life (thanks, mom).
Oftenkind is a one-woman studio, and our approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and trust. I listen closely, design thoughtfully, and navigate each project with openness and intention – because the most meaningful florals are those that feel true to the people they’re created for.
The name Oftenkind comes from a poem by my favorite poet, the incomparable Mary Oliver, where she reminds us that “joy is not meant to be a crumb.” It’s a sentiment that guides both my work and my life – an invitation to celebrate fully, generously, and without reservation.
